Many airlines can't stand the attention Southwest gets when they release a new sale. Kind of like my sister when I got my soccer trophies, or my little nephews when I beat them at Chess. The point is they usually launch their own deals.
Spirit Airlines is offering tickets for travel through May starting as low as $20. There are select routes discounted, and only available on certain dates. That being said, you can really find a winner chicken dinner if you are flexible. This sale is valid for purchase today only.
Airtran, ironically owned by Southwest, announced a new sale too. There are over 50 cities to choose from, and again being flexible has its rewards. This sale ends Thursday.
