IHOP Offers a FREE Short Stack of Pancakes Today Only

First of all, who decides what is a "National Day?"  I ask because it's supposedly National Pancake Day.  I shouldn't complain because today IHOP is offering a FREE short stack of pancakes.  To celebrate.  National Pancake Day.

They do ask that you donate to their charity, but you don't have to.  It's just a suggestion.  Now, let's wait for National Bacon Day to come around.  Okay, I just Googled it and it's apparently in December.  Wow.
